NASg takes the simplicity of standalone NAS to a new level

Standalone NAS devices are designed like consumer devices to offer a simple networked storage. These low cost devices are the storage building blocks of a gridstore. Individual storage blocks are virtualized into a shared storage pool that eliminates the administration cost, complexity and single point of failure common to standalone NAS based storage sprawl.

Simple to Deploy

Our grid communications platform is tightly integrated with the Microsoft OS and systems tools to enable gridstore software deployment to any number of nodes in a network from a single workstation without leaving your chair.

Simple to Manage

Regardless of the size of your gridstore, it is always one pool of storage managed through a single console that is seamlessly integrated into the Microsoft Windows Management Console and is available at any node in your network.

Simple to Expand

While adding capacity with standalone NAS leads to storage sprawl - with a gridstore, you simply attach another gridstore enabled storage block to your network with power and a network cable. The new storage block auto-detects a gridstore and requests to attach to it. The new capacity is immediately available to the system with zero downtime.

Simple for End Users

The end user interface to a gridstore is a standard windows network folder. While the underlying technology has advanced significantly, there is no need for end user training to use a gridstore. The only thing different a user will notice is the "server" seems faster today.
