Different heights and high load ratio
Gridstore bins are available in three different sizes to allow flexible adaptation to a wide range of product types. The external dimensions are 650 x 450 mm (L x W) with internal dimensions of 608 x 408 mm. They are available in three heights:
- 650 x 450 x 250 mm (L x W x H)
- 650 x 450 x 350 mm (L x W x H)
- 650 x 450 x 450 mm (L x W x H)
The bin heights can be combined as required and integrated into the Gridstore system, providing a high degree of flexibility in warehouse design. In addition, the bins can be customised with variable dividers - from 2 to 16 compartments, depending on storage requirements. This enables the structured and space-saving storage of different items in one bin.
With a payload capacity of up to 50 kg per bin and a high stacking load of 1200 kg, our bins fulfil demanding requirements in storage technology. Thanks to the optimised stacking edge, the bins can be safely stacked on top of each other both inside and outside the grid.

The Gridstore bins are not only functional, but also sustainably designed. Each bin is made of durable, robust materials and is fully recyclable. At the end of its life cycle, each bin can be processed into regranulate, which is used to manufacture new bins. In this way, Gridstore supports the circular economy and minimises waste.

Tracked and managed at all times
Each Gridstore bin is equipped with the Grid Control and is tracked in real time. In addition, each bin is fitted with a barcode on all four sides, which is automatically scanned during storage. This means that the bin is precisely recorded in the system and you always know exactly which shaft it is stored in. This provides a complete overview of the position and contents of each bin in the warehouse. This shortens your access times and increases the efficiency of your processes.
