Grid-Control
The brain for centralised control
As the central element, Grid-Control controls all warehouse processes in the Gridstore system. The software coordinates robots, workstations and bin movements in the background, ensuring stable operation with high availability. Grid-Control can be seamlessly integrated into ERP or WMS structures, is flexibly scalable and forms the basis for efficiency, process reliability and rapid amortisation of your investment.
Grid-Vision
The eye for full transparency
Grid-Vision displays all relevant statuses in the Gridstore warehouse graphically and in tabular form. Among other things, the software shows robot movements, bin positions and fill levels, thus visualising technical processes. Faults can be identified at an early stage and maintenance can be planned in a more targeted manner. Grid-Vision is the basis for condition monitoring, predictive maintenance and clear control in the control centre.
Gridstore-Basic
Warehouse management (WMS) for automated processes
Gridstore-Basic controls stocks, orders and articles in the automated bin warehouse. The software supports FIFO, BBD, as well as various PU and clients and is directly connected to Grid-Control or networked with ERP and WMS via interfaces. Intuitive dialogues support order picking on site. The modular structure allows the addition of further workstations or systems - for precise and scalable warehouse management.
