Are these tasks your strengths
- Preparing individual quotes for spare parts, modifications, training courses, service contracts, or one-off services
- Processing orders independently—both for direct orders from customers and based on previously prepared quote.
- Managing returns and in-house repairs—from initial customer contact to final processing.
- Processing warranty claims – in a structured, friendly manner and with technical understanding in order to find suitable solutions.
- Maintaining and updating article master data in the SAP system so that all relevant information is available at all times
- Actively tracking open quotations and current orders
- Close coordination with internal interfaces in exchange with customers.
Do your qualifications meet our requirements?
- A completed commercial or technical education – alternatively, a relevant degree.
- Technical understanding and interest in products that require explanation.
- Enjoyment of direct customer contact and clear, engaging communication.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Experience in working with ERP systems – ideally SAP
- Very good German skills and confident English skills
- Structured, independent way of working and the ability to organize topics proactively
- Interest in helping to build and shape a new company
